The Chase: Emmerdale Anthony Quinlan’s transformation and romance with Corrie star

Emmerdale lore holds that Anthony Quinlan is a true legend.

In 2013, the soap opera star made his ITV debut as Pete Barton. He went through a tumultuous time in the Yorkshire Dales while he was in prison and engaged in a passionate relationship with Debbie Dingle.

After leaving the show in 2019, the character was last seen heading to Liverpool to reconnect with his brother, Ross.

Fortunately, Anthony leads a less dramatic existence than his on-screen counterpart outside of the made-up Yorkshire community.

The 37-year-old became famous for the first time in Hollyoaks’ Gilly Roach in 2005. The actor, who was supposed to feature on today’s special Emmerdale Chase episode, has already quit the entertainment industry.

Since then, Anthony has worked as a personal trainer and routinely publishes Instagram photos with his 152k followers in which he flaunts his ripped transformation.

Anthony’s friendship with Dianne Buswell, a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing, has made headlines.

There were rumors of a Strictly curse, but that wasn’t the reason for the two’s breakup in 2018, as he revealed to the Daily Star. “We’re still really close friends, it’s just distance played a part,” he said.

Nikki Sanderson, who is well-known for portraying Candice Stowe on Coronation Street, and Anthony are currently enjoying a successful relationship.

The two have been dating since this year and frequently post adorable pictures of themselves together on Instagram. They just went on vacation to Cannes.
