Ruby receives more bad news next week on EastEnders when she faces new issues with Lily and Kush, and Sharon’s brother Zack arrives in Walford.

Here’s a complete list of the most important events to keep an eye on.

Jean triggers a mishap.

In the aftermath of Stacey’s departure, Jean is struggling and expresses her frustrations on a delivery truck.

Jean enters after the driver exits. Jean, for some reason, urges them to call the cops before crashing the van in front of an alarmed Mo.

With Jean unable to see purpose, Sharon is the only one who can save the day. Will she be able to convince the cops not to arrest Jean?

Sharon sets up a meeting with Kheerat.

Sharon is gearing up for a week of fresh starts, as she prepares to start a new company, brother, and boyfriend all at the same time.

She tentatively decides to meet Kheerat for a drink as she prepares to launch her new business venture.

She is unable to meet Kheerat as scheduled due to the aforementioned mishap with Jean – and Zack’s eventual arrival – but she attempts to make amends with him later in the week. Is there a chance of romance?

Zack appears in Walford.

Zack arrives in Walford next week, eager to establish a friendship with Sharon after learning that he is her long-lost brother.

Sharon is keen to hold Zack at arm’s length and wants him to leave, so Zack doesn’t get the reaction he was looking for when he arrives.

Ruby receives even more bad news.

Ruby is still dealing with the effects of her endometriosis diagnosis while still caring for Stacey’s children.

When Ruby receives bad news at work, she is visibly shaken, but she is distracted when she notices something on her phone. Ruby then breaks down in tears when she informs Martin that her MRI results have arrived.

Ruby and Lily go to fight.

When Ruby returns home, she is saddened to find Lily and Hope have torn up her late mother’s wedding gown.

Ruby, enraged, declares that Lily must leave her home. Martin, who finds himself in the middle, encourages Lily to apologize. She does, but it’s obvious that their feud is just getting underway…

Sheree has a problem. Lola issues yet another cautionary statement.

Sheree warns Lola not to tell Patrick about Isaac’s condition when Patrick considers a letter about clinical trials for stroke medication. She also informs Lola that the last time her son was heartbroken, he suffered a severe relapse.

Lola confides in Peter about Isaac’s schizophrenia, feeling the burden, and Peter asks whether she can handle the emotional baggage.

Mila’s secret is a source of concern for Iqra.

When Kim informs Iqra that a photo from the shoot has been posted online, she is surprised.

Mila is panicked when Iqra breaks the news to her, saying that the post was only up for a few hours.

Mila is touched by Iqra’s apologies and tells her that she is fine, concealing her concern.

Ruby is challenged by Kush.

Kush is still dissatisfied with the children’s living arrangements now that Stacey is gone, and is concerned about Arthur living with Ruby.

Whitney realizes Kush is concerned about leaving Arthur when he goes to prison after overhearing Ruby and Martin arguing.

Later, Kush comes to see Ruby about Arthur, but she knows it’s only because Martin is out that he’s summoned the strength to talk to her.

Irritated, Kush explains that he’d be able to reveal all of Martin’s secrets, but that he’ll leave if Ruby calls his bluff. To Whitney’s dismay, Martin confronts Kush about his fight with Ruby, and he quickly backs down.

Isaac is enraged at Sheree.

Sheree faces the wrath of her son Isaac, who is upset that she talked to Lola again, as she is opposed to Patrick engaging in any trials.

As Isaac tells Sheree to stop intervening, he also tells her that she can’t influence Patrick.

Bernie and Bailey formulate a strategy.

Bailey has won the science award, but she is aware that her family will be unable to pay for the camp.

Bailey asks her sister to present herself when she sees a girl handing out lost dog flyers. Bernie’s heart sinks as she meets Molly, flustered, and learns that the missing dog is Banjo.

Bailey then notices the lost dog flyer and realizes that Banjo is Ziggy. She demands that they return Banjo, but Bernie agrees to accompany her to visit Molly in the hopes of claiming the reward money for Bailey’s camp.

Kush makes a significant decision.

Kush’s main concern next week, knowing he’s on borrowed time in the Square, is ensuring his son Arthur receives the proper treatment while incarcerated.

Whitney, on the other hand, is troubled by Kush’s mistreatment and confronts Kat angrily about the situation.

As Kush becomes more concerned about his future, he calls Martin and asks if he will be his best man…

Phil offers Kush some direction.

Kat tries to take matters into his own hands after a guilty Kat refuses to go public with Phil while Kush’s trial is pending.

Phil is happy with himself after giving Kush some reassuring advice about how to treat jail and tells Kat he’s figured things out.

Kat is touched and decides that their date will be rescheduled – but has Phil improved or hindered things?

Isaac expresses his apprehensions.

Isaac is preoccupied with medical trials and tells a hurt Lola that he won’t be able to see her because he’ll be seeing his group support nurse later.

He tells Rafe about his love life and his concerns about Patrick while visiting him.

Rafe wonders if this is due to his own worries about his drugs, but Isaac assures him that all is perfect. Is this a true statement?

Chantelle is remembered by the Taylors.

Karen cancels a meeting with her employer Apostolos to join Mitch, Bailey, and Bernie for a drink because Chantelle’s birthday is coming up next week.

The Taylors exchange memories of Chantelle at the chippy afterwards, and Bernie invites Karen to see Apostolos this evening because it sounds like a date…

Gray takes a drink from the bottle.

Gray drinks whisky at The Vic and lies to Karen about being held up at work as the Taylors wait for him in Walford East.

He shows up at the club drunk, which surprises Tiff and Keegan.
