Jay Kontzle wife: Who is Emmerdale’s Billy Fletcher star married to?
Jay is most known for his role as Emmerdale’s sexy Billy Fletcher, the stepson of Marlon Dingle and Al Chapman and the son of Jessie Dingle.
Although the character on the ITV serial married Dawn Taylor earlier this year after a brief relationship with Meena Jutla, finding the love of his life has been difficult.

Away from the drama set in a village, the actor is quite happy in his marriage and just learned that he and his wife are expecting their third child together.
Who is Jay Kontzle, a star of Emmerdale, wed to?
The couple tied the knot in 2017, the same year Jay joined the cast of the weeknight serial drama, and the soap star is married to the artist Mimi.
Jay wasn’t on television when they first met since he was a member of a band named The Mend, which his sister-in-law found to be quite interesting.
She made the choice to bring Mimi to a band concert one night, and the rest, as they say, is history.
Even though KaiBo was only three weeks old when they got married, it was their first kid together.
Mimi remarked to OK! Magazine about the special day: “We just had family there and it was extremely beautiful.”
We reasoned, “Why not do it now,” the artist added, “since it seemed certain that we were going to get married.”
The couple welcomed Zian, their second child, not long after being married, and they are now expecting a third child in November.
The couple announced the news last month, with Jay outlining how he learned about the impending addition to his family while at work.
Says Jay “During my on-set lunch break, Mimi called and informed me.
“I was enjoying my lunch outside in the sun when all of a sudden I felt overheated and began to perspire heavily. I felt a little stunned.”
The actor kept going: “Prior to that, Mimi had requested a pregnancy test, to which I said, “A pregnancy test? With the rising cost of living, that is a substantial sum of money.
In an interview with OK! Magazine, he continued, “Then I was at work and she decided to put a spanner in the works at lunch.”
Mimi had thrown away all of their previous baby gear a week prior to learning she was expecting since she didn’t think they would have another child.
It wasn’t without effort, though, as the couple had previously declared they desired a large family so their kids could watch out for one another.
I’ll say yes once and we’ll have six more children, Jay once jokingly remarked in an interview with OK! Magazine.
They’ll probably give the child a name that honors Mimi’s Chinese background when it is born, just like they did with their other kids.
Mimi explained that they do this since it is customary for them to do so because she is Chinese.
“Jay is Black and I’m Chinese, so we felt it would be wonderful to raise our kids knowing their ethnic backgrounds and where their ancestors came from.
She continued, “It’s vital to us, and kids should always be aware of where they come from. If someone from China comes to the UK, they are given an English name.
“However, we felt it would be wonderful to honor their origin by giving them a Chinese name. I believe it increases their respect for their culture.
When asked why their kids were so close in age, Jay’s wife said: “Their proximity is advantageous.
“Zian adores KaiBo a lot. She has reached the age where she wants to play independently and has her own imagination.
“He will want to play and she’ll say: ‘Go away!’ but they do really love each other. Despite being difficult, it’s worthwhile.
She continued, “When she goes to nursery and he watches her go, he tears for her,” and with the addition of a third kid, the pair will undoubtedly be busy.
However, Jay will be extremely busy at work in the months before the baby is born as the show prepares to mark its 50th anniversary on television.
As they work to grow their family, it appears that the groundwork is being laid for Billy and Dawn to appear in the anniversary episodes.
In recent scenes, they learned that newcomer Clemmie (Mabel Addison) was the child of Alex, Dawn’s ex-lover.
The pair will make every effort to obtain custody because they desperately want the young child to be reunited with her brother and Dawn’s son.
However, it appears that this plot will take many unexpected turns as Dawn is put to the test as to whether or not she can love a kid that was conceived as a result of betrayal.
