ITV Coronation Street star Millie Gibson looks fresh-faced posing in dressing room as she ‘quits’ soap
After making her debut as Kelly Neelan on Coronation Street three years ago, Mille Gibson is apparently planning to leave the cobblestones in upcoming scenes.
Since moving to Weatherfield, the actress has been a part of a number of intense storylines.

However, it seems that Millie is being drawn to greener pastures as she is said to have left the ITV serial a few months after receiving her first significant honor.
And later this year, the 18-year-old is reportedly leaving the serial opera in a “explosive” storyline.
The Sun reports that Kelly was able to discover the truth about the murderer Gary Windass and the way he made her dying mother Laura Neelan assume responsibility for his crime.
According to a Corrie source “Millie is quite talented. Although she has enjoyed her time on the soap opera, there is much anticipation for what she will do next.
“The details of her escape plot have been kept a secret by everyone. It’s going to blow up.” If the door has been left open for her, Millie isn’t even letting anyone know.” Corrie representatives have been contacted by The Manchester Evening News for comment.
It comes as ITV previewed upcoming events on the fabled street when announcing what would air on the network in the upcoming autumn.
Corrie has hinted that the focus of the upcoming months will be on family, with relatives coming home, couples going through difficult times, and shocking truths causing havoc on the streets.
Since Gary Windass took in the adolescent daughter of the guy he killed, time has been running out for him.
Kelly Neelan, who was beginning to consider Gary as a father figure, was made even more reliant on him when, in scenes that were broadcast in July, he saved her from the clutches of dad Rick’s dubious connections.
However, after seeing the lengths Gary will go to protect her, Kelly begins to question whether he has ever gone too far.
Gary is desperate to protect his wife Maria, who is still dealing with the negative online exposure her council work has brought. Is Gary’s history going to come back to haunt him though?

Millie from Broadbottom was busy working while rumors of her potential departure circulated. She posted a selfie to Instagram from her dressing area.
The adolescent posed for a mirror picture on Tuesday morning as she prepared to film on the Salford-based location (August 2).
In a red “Looney Tunes” t-shirt and holding up a mug, she displayed her blonde hair that had been arranged into a platt as she started her day at work. Early morning do-up, Millie said, before tagging Corrie’s makeup artists and adding the time of 6.58 p.m.
In the ITV serial opera Kelly Neelan, Millie soared to popularity, and she hasn’t been lacking of difficult, dramatic, and emotional situations.
She was a part of the shocking hate crime plot line, which saw Kelly accused of a murder she didn’t commit after Seb Franklin passed away from his wounds after he and his girlfriend Nina Lucas were attacked by Corey Brent and his friends. The plot was inspired by the tragic story of Sophie Lancaster, who was killed in 2007, who was killed in 2007.
Kelly was ultimately exonerated and Corey finally received his just desserts thanks to Stu Carpenter (Billy Fellows), Asha Alahan, who was played by Tanisha Gorey, and Nina, who was played by Mollie Gallagher.
But after being targeted throughout her stay in protected housing, the adolescent was left homeless after being released.
More recently, the character learned of her father’s passing just days before her mother Laura Neelan (Kelly Allen), who had assumed responsibility for her husband Rick’s murder so that the real murderer Gary Windass could act as her guardian with wife Maria, also passed away from cancer in tragic scenes, was also mourned by the character.
At the British Soap Awards last month, Millie won the Best Young Performer award earlier this year.
The soap star said she was “unbelievably lucky” to have been granted the “most hard-hitting and fascinating” stories as she entered the stage to accept her first major award, adding that she will be “forever honored.”
