ITV Coronation Street star leaves soap to join Hollyoaks

The actor Jon-Paul Bell from ITV’s Coronation Street will join the Hollyoaks cast, it has been revealed. In the Channel 4 drama, the actor will play Beau.
It was his third appearance in a soap opera. “Working on Hollyoaks has been a wonderful experience, and I’m very honored to be a part of the passionate, creative, and hard-working team here,” Jon-Paul told the Sun.
I’m eager for fans to meet Beau and join him on his adventurous new adventure into the village, where he’s sure to stir up trouble for a number of well-known people along the way.
Earlier this year, Jon-Paul, a former Emmerdale actor, joined the rival ITV soap opera Coronation Street as a major plot development. Jon-Paul Bell has had two roles in Emmerdale over the years.
Fans may remember him as Austin Ascot when, in 2020, he briefly played Gwyn in Emmerdale. He may have played Ben Chancellor on the soap opera Corrie.
The Metro refers to the figure as a “dodgy paralegal.” Imran Habeeb’s time on Coronation Street came to an end with Jon-appearance Paul’s there.
