Helen Flanagan reunites with ITV Coronation Street co-stars after teasing acting comeback

This week, Helen Flanagan enjoyed catching up with a few of her former Coronation Street castmates.

The actress, who played Rosie Webster in the ITV soap, took a photo of herself with the soap stars while riding the train from London to Manchester.

Helen, a native of Bury, grinned alongside Colson Smith and Jack P Shepherd as they boarded the train headed back home.

The actors David Platt and Craig Tinker, who were all smiling in the reunion photo, seemed to be having a good time laughing.

Helen, 31, didn’t include a caption to the picture. However, fans may be aware that Jack and Colson were in the city for an appearance on Loose Women with Ben Price, a fellow Corrie actor and podcast co-host who portrays Nick Tilsley in the ITV serial opera.

Helen had previously hinted at her return to acting. The mother-of-three, who portrayed Rosie in Corrie from 2000 until she took a maternity leave in 2018 to give birth to her second child, Delilah, took to her Instagram page for a Q&A with her followers. She invited them to ask her anything before responding to the plethora of queries put forth by her devoted fans.

“Will you go back to acting?” someone enquired. Helen then reacted after posting a photo of herself in costume as her Corrie character: “I am currently working on something, but I would adore returning to acting.

” I have three young children, and they come first in everything I do, she continued.

Since she was a little kid, Helen has intermittently appeared in the ITV soap opera as Sophie Webster’s older sister and the eldest daughter of Kevin Webster and Sally Metcalfe. Beginning in 2000 at the age of nine, she continued in it until 2012.

Then, in 2017, she returned to the job before leaving for maternity leave in June 2018 and not being seen again since.

With her footballer fiancé Scott Sinclair, Helen became a loving mother to Matilda, 7, Delilah, 4, and Charlie, a toddler, last March.

Recently, she used social media to emphasize the advantages of ‘quality time’ with each of her children separately.

She shared a happy image of herself holding her first child Matilda on her Instagram Stories. Mum and daughter were both dressed in strawberry-themed pajamas for the picture.

“I love this joyful picture of me and my baby child,” she added. She typed: “I think it’s wonderful sometimes to interrupt their pattern when kids are older and let them have the odd later night,” when writing about being a mother.

In the meantime, Jack encountered some difficulties traveling to the capital before his Thursday television appearance (July 21).

The soap actor posted on Instagram while standing on a train platform and wrote: “LND – MCR concluded in Milton Keynes.” The soap star remarked, “We all had to get off and take a connecting train to Watford station,” as she followed a group of other commuters.

The 34-year-old then uploaded a picture of people waiting for the train in the area. “This occurred about 22:30. a 2-hour train ride, as is typical. Since 17:00, passengers had started riding the train.” But even after the train arrived, nothing improved. He said, “Train arrived, and it was already a packed train.

After having to get off his previous train, Jack finally arrived at his destination after another 55-minute train ride.

“Absolute p**s take,” wrote an irate Jack. “[Crying laughing emojis]” However, he was able to spend time with his co-stars, and they posted pictures of themselves posing as a happy family to their Instagram pages.
