Former ITV Emmerdale star Adam Thomas has people ‘spitting drinks out’ as he shows off stunning talent
Adam Thomas released a video showcasing his incredible talent, absolutely shocking his social media followers.
In a video uploaded to his Instagram grid, the former Emmerdale actor displayed his unusual voice abilities, but there was a good purpose for it.
The actor, who performed the role of Adam Barton in the ITV soap from 2009 to 2018, was motivated after learning that the musician was going on tour and hearing a song on the radio.
Unfortunately, Adam realized as he rushed to buy tickets that they were already sold out, so he chose to use his star power.
Adam was shown in his new family’s home wearing a blue t-shirt under a knitted waistcoat, trousers, and a white and blue baseball cap. He smiled and remarked, “I have been singing this song all morning.”
“Now I’m about to sing it for you guys,” the 34-year-old added as a certain song played in the background. I’ll only sing the chorus, don’t you worry,” he joked.
To shorten a long story short, this song came on the other day when I was in the vehicle, and you know when a song just grabs you? That’s how the former soap actor described why he was singing for his thousands of fans. I’m into this music!
“I had no idea what the song was called or who the author was. I have zero knowledge of it! I decided to check him up and discovered that he will be visiting Manchester at the end of the month.”
Adam chose a different way after discovering that the tickets he wanted to buy were sold out, as was already explained. “I slipped into his direct messages, and he responded. He not only responded, but he also added my name to the guest list and added a plus one.”
The former I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here campmate promised to take his followers to the concert if they correctly identified the singer and song.”
Adam went on to blow his famous friends away by belting out the song, which we won’t reveal in case you want to guess it for yourself. One of the initial commenters, Scott, the twin, wrote: “The voice on the boy.”
Lisa Snowdon, a TV host and This Morning’s resident fashionista, said: “Please, Adam! He can SING, too!” Fleur East, host of Hits Radio and a star of Strictly, said: “Wooooo!!!! True, Adam! Such a voice! You’ve always been known to sing in private.
I’m A Celeb winner and former Gogglebox contestant “Wow Adam your voice is beautiful,” wrote Scarlett Moffatt.
Actress Angela Griffin, who will play Adam’s co-star in the upcoming Waterloo Road, wrote on Instagram: “Omg,” followed by the question, “Where did THAT voice come from???!” Sincerely, Adam You astound me. Wow, continued Adam’s sister-in-law Lucy Mecklenburgh’s personal trainer Cecilia Harris. My drink was just spit out. Adam I was unaware that you could sing. I commend you.
Additionally, followers rushed to add their speculations as well as their remarks. “Absolutely adore this Adam,” said @ebarmby. You ought to appear on The Voice! “What a cover @adamthomas21,” tweeted @t123ggr.
The remark from @adamthomaasfan was, “THAT VOICE THOUGH >>> to die for.” Posted by @robynlimb “No offense intended to the artists, but @adamthomas21 just killed that half-man chorus! Outstanding Adam! Triple threat, my friend!”
Adam will soon be back on our screens in the revival of Waterloo Road, as was previously reported. Fans of the BBC series will recognize Adam from his role as Donte Charles, the show’s original bad boy. His persona did not have an easy life; among other things, he was responsible for his best buddy Adam Deardon’s passing.
After coming to his senses, Donte quickly started dating Chlo Grainger, and the two eventually got married. The good news is that Adam and Katie Griffiths, who portrays Chlo, will be returning to the Greater Manchester-based drama, along with their little daughter.
It was stated that Adam’s real-life niece will play their daughter, Izzy, whom they abandoned during season four in 2009. Ryan Thomas and Tina O’Brien, who both appear on Coronation Street, are Scarlett Thomas’ parents. Scarlett Thomas recently landed her first significant TV job and is now following in their footsteps.
