Faye Brookes seen for first time following split as she and Lucy Fallon reunite with ITV Corrie girls at Haydock Races

When they reunited for a day at the races, they were very different from the Corrie cobbles. Weatherfield’s Faye Brookes and Lucy Fallon were beaming as they posed with fellow favorites Charlotte Jordan and Ellie Leach.

The Real Housewives of Cheshire star Seema Malhotra’s clothing line Forever Unique invited the ladies of Coronation Street to a day at the races at Haydock Park in Merseyside.

Faye, who portrayed Kate Connor, Johnny Connor’s daughter, in the soap opera from 2015 to 2019, looked lovely in a pink dress with a bow accent.

At the Betfred Rose Of Lancaster Stakes Ladies Day, Lucy, who portrayed Bethany Platt from 2015 to 2020, upped the glam with a green corset dress by Forever Unique.

Faye, 34, posted a photo of herself and Lucy, 26, laughing together on Instagram along with a pink and a green love heart as the comments poured in. Lucy jokingly replied, “Honestly I’m hilarious this is why ur laughing so much xxxx.”

On Lucy’s Instagram, she commented on their vibrant attire by posting a photo of herself with 21-year-old Faye Windass actress Ellie, who looked stunning in a bright yellow suit and hot pink accessories. She wrote, “Lemon and lime,” while the celebs posed for pictures.

Charlotte, 27, dazzled in a black blazer dress with prominent buttons and eye-catching towering heels. Charlotte joined the series in November 2020 as feisty Daisy Midgeley, the stepdaughter of Rovers Return landlady Jenny Connor.

She also shared a photo of herself grinning next to Ellie while calling her a “lovely bean” to demonstrate how close the Corrie friends are in real life.

As she posted a photo of herself with Ellie and Charlotte, Lucy remarked, “Girlies.” After tragically announcing last month that she and her partner Joe Davies had broken up, fans are happy to see Faye in fine shape.

She wrote under a photo of herself and Sophie Tehrani, a singer friend, last week: “Boys will come and go, but a real friend will endure forever.” Although she and personal trainer Joe had decided to part ways, she assured her social media followers that their friendship was still as strong as ever.

“Just wanted to let you know that Joe and I have chosen to part ways after over three years together, which is really sad. We enjoyed the best of times, and our friendship, respect, and regard for one another are stronger than ever “Tweeted she.

She said in June that they were renovating their “forever house” after selling their Manchester apartment and leaving the city center the previous year. When reflecting on life-changing events that she referred to as “lifequakes” earlier this year, the stage and film actress, who has been portraying the iconic character of Roxie Hart in the Chicago UK tour, referred to Joe as her “rock.”

As she discussed the challenges of being constantly on the go, she posted a snapshot of herself and Joe designing their future house and added, “Still planning away.” Our home renovations are still ongoing and most likely will remain so throughout the summer.

Added her: “We must ensure that we check in with one another because it’s not simple when I’m constantly on the road for work. Behind the scenes, all you’ll see is a constant stream of messages being exchanged between parties to finalize decisions that must be made regarding our forever home.”

At the end of 2019, Flixton native Faye made her relationship with Joe known to the public.

Gareth Gates, a Pop Idol finalist, and she were previously engaged. After agreeing to call off their wedding because they realized “it wasn’t meant to be,” the ex-couple pledged to keep in touch.

Ellie, a Bury native, has performed as Faye for 11 years. Following a false positive pregnancy test earlier this year, her character was given the early menopause diagnosis.

Craig Tinker, her boyfriend, has stood by her side throughout this tough time for the pair, despite his mother Beth pressuring him to stop things with her because she is no longer able to have children.

Her stepmother Metcalfe mentioned this week that she think about HRT, but she’s not interested.

The next week, she informs Beth and Sally that Craig has been watching diet and has been compulsively researching the menopause. Craig brings Faye to Speed Daal for dinner, but before they order, he shows them a spreadsheet he’d developed that lists healthy dishes.
