Emmerdale’s Mike Parr unrecognisable in shirtless snap as he opens up on grisly injury

Mike Parr, a former Emmerdale star, celebrated his 36th birthday by posting pictures of himself on social media.

The actor reflected on the previous year, during which he injured his cervical vertebrae in his spine, in an Instagram post. He talked about how his body had changed and how he is feeling “better than ever.”

In the photo, Mike could be seen only in a pair of black shorts that were extremely tight and showed off his lean arms, legs, and chest.

He added a picture of himself topless and mask-wearing from “before” as well.

He wrote as the caption, “36 today. What a year it was, too.

“From aching in November, the day before I was scheduled to move house and two days before I was scheduled to board a flight for a job in Morocco.

I was in really horrible shape, as you can see in the second photo. All of my hips were crooked. My C2 and C3 were damaged due to the pinched ciatic nerve. I believed the pain would last forever.

“I stopped going to the gym, and since then, I’ve only been working out at home with dumbbells. I feel stronger and better than before. healthy diet Fasting. everything in moderation, even taking cold showers.

“I would like to thank everyone who has supported me this year. I cherish my life and the people in it.

From 2013 until 2018, the actor portrayed Ross Barton in Emmerdale, where he received several nominations for sexiest male soap star.

After starting his career in a production of Blood Brothers, he just announced he would be going back to the stage. In Merseyside’s St Helens Theatre Royal, the comedy Rita, Sue & Bob Too will make a triumphant return.

He most recently appeared in the police drama Bulletproof on Sky One.
