Emmerdale’s Adam Thomas leaves wife in tears at breakfast with surprise trip

Adam Thomas, a former cast member of Emmerdale, described his amazing romantic gesture for his wife Caroline in honor of their fifth wedding anniversary.

The long-running ITV soap star who played Adam Barton posted a video of the surprise he planned for his partner on Instagram on Wednesday, August 31, leaving her inconsolable.

Teddy and Elsie-Rose are the couple’s two children, and Adam married Caroline in 2017. Five years of marriage will be celebrated this month, and the actor certainly outdid himself by shocking Caroline.

The reel showed Caroline crying as she made her way downstairs for breakfast to the sound of a string quartet, before he surprised her with a vacation to Ibiza so they could spend some time alone without the kids, giving her only two hours to prepare.

What a whirlwind that was!! Adam wrote in the caption of the cute video he shared with his million followers. I surprised my wife on our fifth wedding anniversary with a string quartet at breakfast and then told her we were leaving for Ibiza in two hours. I can’t even begin to describe how much fun we had the entire time!

“We both will never forget this trip! Let’s celebrate another five years of marriage and say “thank you” for being such a lovely woman. You complete my existence.”

Liz Fletcher joked: “The comments section was instantly swamped with celebrity friends complimenting the newlyweds and Adam on his efforts.” “Could you kindly speak with @kelvin fletcher? This is amazing!”

Scott Thomas, a Love Island star and Scott’s brother, wrote: “When will I finally meet Caroline? Love you guys xxx,” the singer Fleur East exclaimed “, while Lydia Bright from Towie posted a stream of emoticon tears.

This year, Adam Thomas will don his dancing shoes to compete in the BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing. He quipped that he wants to “feel the Strictly curse” despite being happily married.

He stated: “I love a little sparkle and glam, so go ahead and do it all. I was about to say anything at that time, but it would sound inappropriate. I merely desire to succumb to the Strictly curse.”

The “Strictly curse” refers to couples from the show getting together in real life, frequently to the detriment of their partner or spouse at home. Adam appears to be simply joking about falling for it, though, as he is happily married and frequently posts photos of his family on Instagram.

It’s a good shout you heard it here first, he continued, so I believe they should have cameras behind the scenes. Unfortunately, I’m not the world’s best dancer.

I do think I’m the best dancer in the world, but only after I’ve had a drink. It’s an entirely other story when you’re sober.

“I have never been successful, so that would be wonderful, but I’m not really competitive. As corny and cliche as it may sound, the journey and experience you go through are more important than how well you perform in everything you commit to.

“Kelvin Fletcher shocked all of us… We were aware that he could dance, but not that well. He would often take out the Kelvin shuffle when we went out for a little dancing, but I had no idea he had that in his locker.

He would never let me get over losing, so I had to win. Additionally, he won Strictly and is currently performing at the National Theatre, which is really starting to irritate me a little.

The BBC and Strictly Come Dancing have not yet made any announcements about the upcoming season, but fans are sure to be happy to hear that Adam will be putting on his dancing shoes. Later in the year, Strictly Come Dancing will be back.
