Who is leaving in 2023?

According to reports, Fiona Wade, who is best known for her role as Priya Sharma on the ITV serial, will leave the show in the first half of 2023. Her exit plot is currently being kept a secret. According to reports, she will depart the program after 11 seasons in order to “pursue other acting roles.”

Priya has been a part of several more well-known plots, such as an arranged marriage and overcoming an eating condition.

Emmerdale is responsible for Fiona’s profession, but the serial also gave her the opportunity to meet her future husband, who made an appearance on the program in 2017.

Hugh Bryant, a Home Farm client, was portrayed by Simon Cotton. Although his character didn’t spend much time in the Dales, he left a lasting impression on Fiona.

Fiona and Simon went out to dinner before starting a relationship, thus there was definitely spark between them even though they only appeared in one scene together. In 2018, they made their relationship known, and they are now engaged.

Who is arriving in the village?

This Christmas, renowned actor Will Ash joined the Dingle family in the role of Caleb Miligan, a well-connected and prosperous businessman.

Cain, who was portrayed by Jeff Hordley, received a shock when his long-lost brother Caleb unexpectedly showed up.

However, it was anything but a joyful, joyful reunion since Caleb had many challenging questions he wanted Cain to respond to.

The entrance of Caleb is expected to worsen the conflict between the two fighting siblings, Cain and Chas (Lucy Pargeter). It quickly becomes apparent that Cain has been lying to her about Caleb’s existence ever since they were teenagers.

At first look, Caleb is everything his brother isn’t: calm, in charge, wealthy, and successful. But will they discover they have more in common than they initially thought? How will the rest of the family react when Caleb strolls into town? What secrets from the past will come back to haunt them?

The Dingles’ lives are sure to be upended by his arrival, which is sure to kick off 2023 with a bang! Will has a number of other roles on television and in movies, two of which being Steve Robinson in Clocking Off and Christopher Mead in Waterloo Road.

“I’m pleased to be joining such a legendary program,” Will exclaimed. I’m definitely looking forward to working with all of the amazing actors in Emmerdale. I can’t wait to get started with Caleb since he is such a brilliantly fascinating character.
