Emmerdale actor Mike Parr turns 36 by showing off incredible body transformation

Michael Parr, a former Emmerdale actor, shared his amazing physique transformation with fans this past weekend as he celebrated his 36th birthday.

Since leaving the ITV serial opera in 2018, the Merseyside-born actor, who played Ross Barton, has maintained a very low profile.

He remains active on social media, though, and his 248,000 Instagram followers were thrilled with his most recent post.

In honor of his big day, Mike posted before and after pictures of his topless physique along with a lengthy description.

He said to his followers, “36 today. What a year it was, too. from hurting in November, the day before I was scheduled to move and two days before I was scheduled to board a flight for a job in Morocco.
