Danny Dyer, who plays Danny in EastEnders, has confirmed that one of his testicles needs surgery.

Danny Dyer said he has a form of swelling called a hydrocele and wants a procedure to minimize it on his Sorted With The Dyers podcast, which he hosts with daughter Dani Dyer.

“I’m thinking of doing a bit of laser (eye) surgery but the ophthalmologist says the ophthalmologist says the ophthalmologist says the ophthalmologist says the ophthalmologist says the ophthalmologist says the ophthalmologist says the ophthalmologist says “I’m thinking of doing a bit of laser (eye) surgery, but the other thing I’ve got to get done is my bollock,” Danny said to guest Rylan Clark-Neal. It’s called a hydrocele, and I have a huge bollock.

“One of them is essentially a f**king jacket potato.” It’s all rolled up into one big ball.

“So I’ve got the world’s largest bollock and the world’s tiniest bollock.” If it’s a chilly day, dress warmly.

My winkle looks like a little slug sitting on an apple on a cold day,” Danny added. “It would be the top priority.”

Danny is expected to have a hydrocelectomy, as he previously stated that he will seek care once the strain on the NHS caused by the current pandemic has subsided.

On their podcast, the two are very accessible. Dani announced on the show earlier this month that her father had passed away.
