Corrie spoilers: Carla horror, Faye child heartbreak and Justin’s dark past exposed

Next week, the villain from Coronation Street Stephen Reid (Todd Boyce) will be back to his old ways.

Peter Barlow (Chris Gascoyne) assures Carla Barlow (Alison King) that won’t happen as she worries about going back to jail for driving without insurance.

When a distracted Carla agrees to a staff bonus after they secured the American sale, Sarah Barlow (Tina O’Brien) is taken aback. Stephen is also secretly calling Rufus.

Carla visits Dr. Gaddas and complains that every time she has an episode, she feels as though she is high on drugs. Dr. Gaddas gives her a diazepam prescription.

Stephen reminds Carla that she must be in peak shape when the Americans arrive.

Carla orders him to prepare the tea because she can’t believe he has the courage to take charge.

Stephen gives Carla’s drink a double dose out of rage over being dismissed.

Carla starts acting strangely as the meeting comes to an end and the LSD starts to take effect.

Once the Americans leave, the girls rejoice over the agreement, but a frazzled Carla interrupts them and orders them to leave her factory.

When Stephen lets himself a satisfied smile, the girls are in awe.

Carla, who is feeling better, says she is going to work and reassures Peter and Stephen that the previous day was only an accident, but when she prepares a drink, she accidentally crashes a cup and sustains a cut finger.

Carla, who is having trouble coping, admits that she needs to speak with Dr. Gaddas again. He advises that she take a lengthy break and resume her antipsychotic medication.

After pocketing Carla’s keys from the factory, Stephen unlocks the door to the apartment and, after making sure she is asleep, places her keys back in her purse before entering the kitchen and lighting the grill.

In Weatherfield, Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard) makes an effort to make amends with his soon-to-be bride Daisy Midgeley (Charlotte Jordan).

As Daisy spots Justin (Andree Still) loitering outside, she decides she’s had enough, pulls out her phone, and begins filming him to show him how it really feels.

Sally Ann Matthews and Jodie Prenger’s characters Jenny Connor and Glenda Shuttleworth are horrified as they watch the webcast in the bar.

As Justin hastily leaves, his sister contacts the Rovers and cautions Daisy that Justin has a history of being obsessed with people and that she should be careful around him because he may be dangerous.

Also, after Faye Windass (Elllie Leach) and Craig Tinker (Colson Smith) go for the day, Sally Metcalfe (Sally Dynevor) cautions Tim Metcalfe (Joe Dutine) that he is engaging in risky behavior as he allows Jackson, Faye’s ex-husband, and Miley into the house.
