Coronation Street’s Alya Nazir and Ryan Connor’s relationship takes a turn as they reunite
Two years ago, after Daisy Midgeley’s (Charlotte Jordan) meddling, Alya (played by Sair Khan) and Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott) decided to call it quits, leaving Coronation Street viewers inconsolable. Nevertheless, in scenes that will run the following week, it appears as though things may be improving for the couple as he consoles her following her horrific stabbing.

Alya has not had a good few weeks after becoming the target of an attack by an extremist gang member named Blake Myers (Adam Little).
The teen entered the Speed Daal with councilwoman Maria in mind after being persuaded by Max Turner’s (Paddy Bever) propaganda videos (Samia Longchambon).
Blake and Max were both detained for their crimes, but Alya was caught in the crossfire and sent to the hospital.
She has been portraying a strong face ever since the tragedy, but in scenes that will air the following week, everything start to fall apart as she turns to Ryan for support and guidance.
Alya departs her brother Zeedan’s (Qasim Akhtar) side as he boards a flight for London and heads to her job at the law firm.
At that time, Dee-Dee (Channique Sterling-Brown) and Adam (Sam Robertson) are defending a client named Jayden.
Alya becomes enraged as she furiously expresses what it’s like to be stabbed after hearing Jayden accuse someone of stabbing them.
Alya decides she has to talk to someone and turns to her ex Ryan after realizing she is dealing with more problems than she has been letting on.
Ryan advises that Alya write all she’s feeling down in her personal victim statement while he relaxes and listens to her as she releases her responsibilities.
The two instantly change their conversational tone and embrace in a consoling hug before kissing passionately.
According to an Express.co.uk theory, Alya begins regularly confiding in Ryan as she struggles emotionally with the effects of the stabbing.
As the two have a long history together and Ryan admitted last year that he wished to restart their relationship, it’s possible that a Coronation Street romance is in the works.
Actress Sair Khan discussed whether she believes there is a potential that Alya and Ryan will get back together in 2021.
She said in a statement to Digital Spy that they “aren’t at all well-suited on the surface.
He’s a bit of a joker and acts like a lost puppy, but I think it really suits Alya.
She occasionally exhibits some elevated anxiety and may even be a little haughty. She certainly shows her gentler, more lighthearted side when he is there.
She’s struggled to see the lighter side of life because she’s had to be so tough for so long, therefore I think they make a nice couple.
While her wedding to Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard) approaches, the character who caused their breakup is still fighting with her stalker elsewhere in the soap opera.
Justin (Andrew Still) became enamored with Daisy after briefly meeting her in a hospital waiting area, and he thinks they are in love.
Several followers are concerned that the stalker may take dramatic measures to prevent the couple from finding happiness as she prepares to marry her true love.
