2011 saw Robert’s last appearance on the cobblestones. In the episode, he had the role of a police officer.

In 2002, Ricky & Bianca, an Eastenders spinoff, gave him his first television role. Anthony disclosed that he has renewed his contract with the long-running ITV soap opera last year.

In a statement to the Daily Star on Sunday, Antony said, “I recently signed a new deal. I’ve always maintained that I’m pleased to be there if they are as well. Don’t fix something that isn’t broken.

“I feel that even more so now because there is less job available. I am quite fortunate to have a job.
