Monday February 20
Daniel is shocked to learn that his son has been attacked when David asks him to check on Max after his incarceration. Following a drink to bury his sorrows, the hairdresser leans in for a drunken kiss with Maria, who tells him to go home.
Gary discovers David and Shona in the Rovers and spills the beans, leaving Shona horrified as she flees. Later, Shona tells David that she is leaving him. Gary learns about the event through Maria.
As Zeedan departs for London, Alya bids him farewell. After that, she encounters Jayden, a client who is charged with stabbing someone. Before Adam and Dee-Dee can step in and calm things down, Alya rants violently about what it feels like to be stabbed.
While Alya is speaking, Ryan is listening and proposes that she record everything in her personal victim statement. As they become more intimate, Ryan encircles Alya for an embrace that quickly develops into an ardent kiss.
To prevent Carla from going to work, Stephen shockingly shows up at her house and spikes her water, leaving her feeling dizzy and bewildered. Concerned sickly about Carla, Peter decides to phone the doctor.
Paul visits Dee-Dee in the kitchen and admits that Billy kissed him. However, he says he simply cannot afford to get involved again because it would cause too many problems. Todd prods him to confess to attacking Mike, but Paul is preoccupied with other issues because his leg is still hurting.
Wednesday February 22
Gail learns from David that Shona is no longer with him. Shona is quickly reassured by Maria that David’s intoxicated attempt to kiss her was for nothing, and she encourages her to give him another chance. Will her attempts succeed, though?
When Alya visits Max, he tells how his life is a shambles and subsequently calls David to invite him to come see him. After that, David gives Alya credit for paying for his trip to see Max. While Yasmeen watches, Alya reads her victim impact statement that she wrote for Blake’s trial.
Gary is informed by Maria that Len Cameron seems to have changed his mind and has agreed to provide funding for the refugee center.
Griff receives a visit from Spider, who offers to have Griff’s sentence lowered in exchange for divulging the source of the funding. Griff says Len Cameron helped finance his anti-terrorist campaign. Griff becomes enraged when Spider decides that enough is enough and advises him to forget about a sentence reduction.
Daniel decides to call the police after Daisy receives a barrage of messages from Justin. To Daisy’s horror, PC Scott downplays the situation and starts to like all of her vacation photos.
Todd is informed that Billy and Paul have reconciled. Billy and Dee-Dee are conversing in the Rovers when neither of them observes Paul struggling to pick up his darts.
Friday February 24
Daisy is approached by Justin who is holding a bouquet of flowers. Daisy, however, ruins the bouquet by trampling on them in front of the stalker and then striking him after he touches her. Daisy is being escorted to the station while Justin accuses her of assault.
Stephen lets Elaine know that he is now able to pay back the loan in full. Elaine looks at a new apartment in Redbank. Stephen is shocked to see Carla in good shape and almost ready to resume work. Will Stephen be able to persuade Sarah to help him persuade Carla that her mental health is still too precarious for her to go back to work?
When a customer called Mo can’t afford the suit he needs for an interview, the Platts drop by to visit Max, and Nina offers to help Evelyn at the charity shop.
Daryan enthusiastically announces that he was at the same processing center as his brother, who had in fact successfully arrived in England, and invites Mo to sit down after learning that he needs the suit for an immigration interview. Later, he also introduces him to Gary and Maria.
Toyah and Maria are told by Alya that Blake received a 12-year sentence.
When Gemma receives an updated gas bill for £4,000, she is upset. While Billy is looking away, Paul makes a pledge to help her figure it out but soon changes his mind as he tries to hold a glass with his right hand.
Len Cameron inviting the media to take pictures of him presenting a check for the funding irritates Maria. Spider and a companion appear out of nowhere in a car with stab vests on.
