In tonight’s episode of Coronation Street, Sharon Bentley (Tracie Bennett) made a major decision, betraying Harvey Gaskell (Will Mellor) in an attempt to warn Leanne Battersby (Jane Danson).
Sam (Jude Riordan) was covertly visiting Nick (Ben Price), and neither of them realized Harvey’s sidekick Rhys was watching them.
Sharon tried unsuccessfully to persuade Rhys to abandon the plan as it developed.
Knowing how much pain had been caused, Sharon called Leanne to warn her of what was about to happen. Leanne, on the other hand, doesn’t speak to’scum,’ so she didn’t trust a word Sharon said.
When Steve (Simon Gregson) and Leanne returned from visiting Oliver’s cemetery, they were startled to hear gunshots.
They rushed over and discovered Nick and Sam on the ground, happily unharmed.
When Leanne glanced over, she noticed Sharon, and it dawned on her that she was attempting to warn her.
Sharon gathered her belongings and returned to the shady refuge when she received a call from Harvey.
Rhys barged in just as Sharon was ready to leave.
Knowing about Sharon’s betrayal, Rhys told her to put her bags down since he didn’t want to beat a lady who had her hands full.
How far is Rhys willing to go?
Is it possible that Harvey gave Rhys the order to assassinate Sharon?
