Another tumultuous week is on the way on Coronation Street, with protests planned, charges leveled, and one resident’s fate unclear.
While paying George Shuttleworth (Tony Maudsley) a visit to arrange his burial, Tim Metcalfe (Joe Duttine) continues to hide his health worries from Sally (Sally Dynevor).
Sally, on the other hand, is suspicious and installs a tracker on his phone. She suspects he’s having an affair with Aggie Bailey (Lorna Laidlaw), and when she discovers them together, Tim is forced to tell her the truth. He collapses in pain, clutching his chest, as he does.
Is he going to be okay?
Meanwhile, Amy Barlow (Elle Mulvaney) investigates Summer Spellman’s (Harriet Bibby) upskirting adventure, which leads her to discover that other girls’ privacy has been violated as well, so she takes a stance by spraying the words ‘Stop Protecting Sex Offenders’ on the school’s wall.
Amy and Summer are shocked to learn that the school requires girls to wear shirts under their skirts.
Mrs. Crawshaw and Daniel later discover Summer and Amy conducting a protest against the upskirters after the students fail to show up for class. The gazette is called by Daniel.
