Coronation Street spoilers: Hope horrified to come face to face with serial killer dad John Stape
ELEVEN-year-old Due to the atrocities committed by her father John, Hope Stape is involved in new drama.
The little girl portrayed by Isabella Flanagan in Coronation Street unexpectedly encounters the serial killer the following week.
Fiz Stape, Hope’s mother, was terrified to learn that a book about her relationship with the murderer would be published. Fiz Stape was portrayed by soap opera star Jennie McAlpine.
She was even more astonished to learn that her own daughter had provided the necessary details to a journalist who had been groomed online.
Coming up, Fiz’s colleague Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) goes to tremendous measures to prevent the book from being published early due to his own acts.
He tells Fiz that he purchased all of the inventory from the neighborhood bookshop, along with a cutout of John Stape, in an effort to discourage people from reading the book.
When Hope unlocks the door, Fiz quickly throws them away and begins to conceal the John Stape books from her while Tyrone diverts her attention in the corridor.
Sadly, their efforts are in futile as Hope pouts in No. 9’s backyard and flings open the outhouse door.
She is taken aback to find a stack of books and a cardboard cutout of her true father, John.
What will she do?
Prior to this, Fiz and Tyrone inform Hope that despite their best efforts to prevent it, the feared book to which she unintentionally contributed would be published.
The little girl berates them both for failing to shield her.
Hope goes to remain with her uncle Chesney Brown when Tyrone is detained on assault charges after attacking the journalist who groomed her, and the family is obviously breaking down. Tyrone had attacked the journalist.

During Fiz’s romance with Phill Whittaker, Hope learned of her father’s evil deeds.
The latter arrived on the cobbles in 2021 and just recently left when their marriage was broken up by an Underworld machinist at their wedding reception.
But before to his departure, it became known that Phill had plans to publish a book about the lives of John and Fiz after the actor Jamie Kenna joined a competing serial opera.
Volatile Hope resorted to what she does best after learning the truth and smashed Phill’s automobile.
What mischief will she be up to next?
