Coronation Street heartbreak for Craig Tinker as Faye ‘rejects’ proposal

The ITV soap opera’s Craig Tinker (Colson Smith) and Faye Windass (Ellie Leach) have recently faced some difficult situations, but they now appear to be on the right track.

However, things became more difficult for the Underworld employee when Faye’s ex-boyfriend Jackson (Joseph Evans) visited Coronation Street with her estranged daughter Miley (Frankie-Jae Simmonds).

Faye planned to place her daughter Miley for adoption after she became pregnant as a teenager, but young father Jackson (Joseph Evans) decided to leave the cobbles with the child.

Faye, who is beginning a new life in Canada, has not spoken to Miley since their brief encounter in 2017.

Viewers of Coronation Street recently witnessed Faye alter her mind and decide to get part in Miley’s life after her father Tim Metcalfe (Joe Duttine) made contact with Jackson after his return to the UK.

Fans of the ITV soap operas may see that Faye’s thoughts are torn despite Craig Tinker’s efforts to connect with his girlfriend’s daughter as a result of Jackson’s comeback.

Jackson and Miley visit Faye unexpectedly at the plant in scenes that will appear next week.

Later, when the Underworld employee discovers that Craig has three tickets for Faye, Miley, and Jackson so that they can all see the Weatherfield Giants basketball game, she is moved.

Miley, Faye, and Jackson all share a longing glance as they all depart for the tram stop after insisting that the family go and enjoy themselves at the sporting event.

Craig gives Miley a basketball that has been autographed by her favorite player in an effort to win her over even further.

Craig thinks Faye is heading to meet a friend, but she has planned to meet Jackson in town for a drink after his interview, unknown to him.

As Beth Tinker (Lisa George) tells Kirk Sutherland (Andy Whyment) that she can’t make their supper because she’s seeing some old pals for a drink, it appears that Faye isn’t the only person lying to their significant other.

Faye is shocked to see Beth come with Marco in tow as she meets Jackson at a hotel bar as the two exchange scared looks at being discovered on dates with their ex.

Later, as Faye and Jackson return to their house, she is startled to see Craig baking cookies alongside Tim and Miley.

After Jackson asks if she’d move down south with him and Miley after managing to find a new job, she is then left with a significant choice to make.

Her problems don’t end there, though, as Beth brings her to Victoria Street Gardens where she finds a small gathering of people.

She is shocked when her boyfriend gets down on one knee and proposes to her after being taken aback by the sight of Miley, Jackson, and Craig all present.

Faye appears to have to choose which man she wants to be with after he asks her to marry him.

According to an Express.co.uk assumption, she turns on Craig and admits she wants to be near to Miley after all the time they’ve spent apart.

Could Faye terminate her relationship with Craig now that her daughter and ex-boyfriend were back in her life and move to the south with Jackson to begin a new family life?
