Emmerdale spoilers.

Meena Jutla’s violent tendencies appear to be resurfacing as part of Emmerdale’s autumn storylines.

ITV has hinted what’s to come in the months ahead, with Meena (Paige Sandhu) apparently unstoppable after escaping with the murder of Leanna Cavanagh.

She appears to be devoid of guilt or emotion in order to obtain complete control over David Metcalfe (Matthew Wolfenden). Could Jacob Gallagher’s (Joe-Warren Plant) son, or Victoria Sugden’s (Isabel Hodgins) daughter, get in the way?

After all, David is reliant on Victoria for childcare, and he may unknowingly endanger Victoria and his children.

Meanwhile, Tracy Metcalfe’s (Amy Walsh) postnatal depression plotline will continue, as she has yet to tell anybody about her problems, despite storyline teasers indicating that she may seek treatment before things get worse.

Liv Flaherty (Isobel Steele) has been battling alcoholism since she abandoned Paul Ashdale (Reece Dinsdale) in the barn, and her family and friends are desperate to help her.

Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) steps in to save Vinny (Bradley Johnson) from Liv’s downward spiral, which appears to be sending Liv on a path of self-destruction that could leave her fighting for her life. Will anyone succeed in reaching Liv before it’s too late?

Another plotline will follow Nicola (Nicola Wheeler) and Jimmy King (Nick Miles) as they deal with the fallout from their relationship, which they have yet to tell their children about. A fatal conversation, however, may wreck their intentions.

Finally, Marlon Dingle (Matt Charnock) will learn that his daughter April Windsor (Amelia Flanagan) has been the victim of cyberbullying.

While he believes he has fixed the problem and promises to be there for her, problems arise as his financial troubles worsen, implying that he may be distracted when the bullying worsens.

Emmerdale airs new episodes every day at 7 p.m. on ITV, with an extra episode on Thursdays at 8 p.m.
