7 Emmerdale spoilers for next week

1. Belle catches out Chas and Al

Al and Chas enjoy a sensitive moment after another passionate encounter in a hotel, and it appears that their relationship has developed beyond simple sexual attraction.

But when Belle notices them leaving, the two quickly realize they have more important issues. Chas and Al are horrified when she subsequently confesses that she is aware of what they are planning.

Chas is appalled and tries to persuade Belle not to inform her husband, Paddy (Dominic Brunt). But will Belle consent to remain silent or come clean?

Although she might have considered about that before beginning this illicit connection in the first place, Al might not care as much about the truth being public. Nevertheless, this would wreck Chas’ life. Chas is left introspective when his mother Faith counsels him to avoid making the same mistakes she did.

When Faith’s health deteriorates, she nevertheless vents her wrath on a defenseless Paddy. What action will Chas take next?

2. Amelia’s pregnancy is revealed

Amelia’s week begins on a good note as she is encouraged by Noah Dingle’s assistance (Jack Downham).

Amelia is relieved and amazed to see her baby’s image on the screen at the hospital after Noah reluctantly asks if he can attend her pregnancy scan. She and Noah appear to be the picture of happiness, and their bond appears to be growing as a result of their shared experience.

However, Harriet Finch’s (Katherine Dow Blyton) amazement upon witnessing the couple kissing causes problems.

Harriet tells Amelia’s father Dan (Liam Fox) that she spotted the teen kissing Noah as they both attempt to comfort Amelia after she received poor exam results the following day.

Dan is in disbelief over what he is hearing, but there is still more to come. The news of Amelia’s pregnancy is made public during a yelling brawl that breaks out throughout the village.

Dan must be stopped by Bob Hope (Tony Audenshaw) from hitting Noah, and Dan and Kerry Wyatt (Laura Norton) subsequently learn of Amelia’s pregnancy. Will they learn who the biological father is?

3. Faith collapses at her party

Faith’s palliative care nurse advises her that the most crucial thing to concentrate on is passing away without having any regrets, which gives her a lot to consider.

As they become upset over what lies ahead, Eric Pollard (Chris Chittell) is encouraging while looking over Faith’s “To-Do” list; Faith subsequently struggles while going for a stroll in the countryside with Chas.

Another somber reminder of her mother’s failing health upsets Chas, but Faith quickly cheers when she asks a local farmer for assistance.

Later, Chas is surprised when Faith decides she wants to attend a party before she becomes too ill to have fun.

For concern of the hardship it would cause, Cain (Jeff Hordley) is hesitant to attend Faith’s farewell party. He feels guilty when wife Moira (Natalie J Robb) promises he’ll be there for sure.

As Faith starts her speech, the atmosphere at the Woolpack is unpleasant, but once the karaoke begins, things start to look better. While the celebration is still going strong, Faith collapses, causing fear as Paddy and Chas wait for updates from the hospital.

Faith complains that she can’t see well when a nurse arrives to take them to her bedside. How much of her precious time with her loved ones does Faith still have left?

4. Sandra meddles in Liv’s marriage

Sandra’s suspicions are rekindled when she sees Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johnson) joking about with his wife Liv’s friend Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham).

She sows the seeds of uncertainty in Liv’s mind, even making her wonder about her asexual identity and the problems it would bring up in her marriage. Liv decides to observe Gabby and Vinny as they converse after Sandra questions their friendship.

Sandra is happy that Liv is responding to her comments, and when she informs Gabby that Liv and Vinny are having issues, Gabby is taken aback. Gabby’s naive offer to speak with Vinny lets Sandra know her strategy is working, and Liv is surprised when Gabby shows up at Mill Cottage with that exact intention.

Sandra uses the chance to speculate about Gabby’s genuine motivations while dousing Liv in poison. What will this entail for the young couple, I wonder as I catch a glimpse of Liv’s unease? Do they intend to expose Sandra?

5. Naomi has a plan for Ethan

Recently, it has become evident that Marcus Dean (Darcy Grey) feels slighted by boyfriend Ethan, and the two wind up fighting over trivial things. They are still at one other’s throats as a result of this, but Ethan’s recently discovered sister Naomi has a solution.

She wants to facilitate the reunion of Ethan and Marcus, but as we’ve seen, Naomi has multiple personalities. What specifically is she planning, and will it result in the intended outcome?

Or will she interfere with their already-burgeoning romance? There is just no way to know, but let’s hope the two can resume their normal course in some fashion!

6. Zak struggles over Lisa

Zak can’t bring himself to go to Faith’s party, but the rest of his tribe does. He prefers to spend his time alone thinking about his late wife Lisa because he simply cannot handle the pain of Faith’s final act. Will she, however, be able to convince him to reconsider his mind?

When Lisa passed away after remarrying Zak in 2019, many were heartbroken. When they returned home and discovered she had taken her final nap, he and their daughter Belle were left heartbroken.

Can Zak get past that difficult time in his mind and assist Cain and the rest of the family in supporting Faith?

7. Charity and Mack grieve their loss

Charity and Mack are both facing their own challenges in coping with the death of their unborn child in the wake of their devastating news from last week.

Mack wanted them to discuss everything, but Charity wanted to go on. He attempted to do the right thing by Charity, but it was obvious he was in pieces. In upcoming scenes, the two will share a reflective moment.

Will they be able to connect through their sadness and become closer as a result of this? Can their relationship withstand such a tragic occurrence?
