6 Coronation Street spoilers for next week

1. Kevin snaps as he loses control

Next week, life seems to be getting to Kevin as he balances several responsibilities. Tyrone informs him that Stephen Reid’s (Todd Boyce) car needs to be fixed first. Despite this, he still intends to attend son Jack’s (Kyran Bowes) end-of-year presentation at school.

Kev is unaware that his son, Nathan, is being bullied and called “Spanner” by a classmate because he has “two dads” who work as mechanics until he receives a call informing him that Jack has punched Nathan.

Jack claims that Nathan made fun of him after learning that Tyrone had mistaken Tyrone for Jack’s father.

Jack and Kevin get into a fight after Kevin says he isn’t looking forward to his stepmother Abi’s (Sally Carman) return because his father barely has time for him as it is.

Kevin is grateful when new apprentice Aaron offers to help Stephen with his Jaguar to reduce Kevin’s workload.

Later, while the social worker questions Kevin about Abi and Alfie, Jack pouts as he sees his dad make an effort to win her over.

Stephen picks up his car at the garage, but when it breaks down, he goes back for a brawl.

Jack and Abi phone Kevin frequently as he works on the automobile, and Stephen threatens to take his company elsewhere.

When Kevin senses the pressure, he grabs a wrench and starts wrecking the car. What follows is what?

When Yasmeen informs Stu that she has located the residence of his daughter Bridget, Stu is not pleased with her meddling.

2. What secret is Stu hiding?

However, Stu caves when Kelly Neelan (Millie Gibson) nags him to contact Bridget. When he knocks on the door of her house, Bridget screams in fear and orders him to leave.

Stu begs her to listen to him out and assures her that he has never hurt anyone. Later, he apologizes to Yasmeen and says she gave him the wrong address while lying.

Yasmeen makes it plain that she is only interested in him, despite Stephen’s wooing, which is good news for Stu.

As the week progresses, his old friend Glen shows up at Speed Daal. He tells Stu that he is struggling with money problems and hunger, and Yasmeen notices Stu putting £20 in the register to pay for his food.

She compliments him on his kindness, and when he suggests selling the restaurant’s leftovers at a discount to help the less fortunate, Yasmeen is thrilled with the idea.

To plan the project, Stu calls a meeting with other locals. But what is he hiding behind this good deed?

3. Summer’s holiday confession

The following week, Summer informs Billy Mayhew that she won’t be attending college.

When she begins looking for work, he is disappointed, and Jacob Hay puts in a good word for her at the factory.

So, after interviewing Summer, Barlow extends an offer to work as her PA.

On her first day, Sally Metcalfe is attempting to calm her nerves while Beth Sutherland is making crude remarks.

Later, while showing Summer his bruises, boyfriend Aaron explains that he was attacked by some boys.

When the pair start to get close at the apartment, Summer pushes Aaron away and tells him to go home, shockingly, and more trouble is on the way.

She tells him she truly likes him but can’t bear for him to see her body when they meet up to explain.

What will happen as a result of Aaron’s unexpected beating earlier this week? How will Aaron respond?

4. Audrey continues to lie to her family

A psychiatry liaison officer stops by Audrey, who is still concealing her most recent hospitalization, and gently inquires as to why she took so many sleeping medications.

She hears that son Stephen is back on the pavement after she leaves the hospital and is overjoyed.

But when Ed Bailey (Trevor Michael Georges) admits he saw Audrey at the hospital, Sarah Barlow, the granddaughter of the Barlow family, is concerned (Tina O’Brien).

As the week goes on, Audrey tells her grandson Nick Tilsley (Ben Price) that she does not want to reopen her former salon after receiving the gift of renting it back from her family as a birthday present.

Although Audrey is sorry for upsetting everyone and is aware that everyone meant well, why does she persist in lying about her circumstances? Will her loved ones learn the truth about what’s happening?

5. Debbie hopes to solve her crisis

With Debbie still unclear as to how she’s going to compensate Ed after getting electrocuted at the hotel, she discloses to her lover – and Ed’s brother – Ronnie Bailey (Vinta Morgan), that she’s suffering. To increase revenue, Ronnie suggests having themed nights at the Bistro. Soon after, Debbie starts advertising a psychic night and a casino night. However, Jane Danson’s business partner Leanne Battersby is not enthusiastic.

Leanne worries that everything is a ruse as Debbie and Ronnie prepare for the first event night. Debbie reveals to Ronnie that her financial situation is worse than she initially claimed, and that she believes her only options are to file for bankruptcy or commit an insurance fraud.

Ronnie reassures her that it won’t come to that, but Debbie comes up with a new strategy after hearing Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott) tell the psychic that he is strapped for cash and in debt. She is about to convince Ryan of what exactly?

6. Has Phill finally given up on Fiz?

Tyrone and Phill take their families out to eat after Phill gives the completed annulment paperwork to Fiz.

Although this is still soap opera land, it appears that Fiz and Tyrone can now dare to hope for a happy future. Are their problems really resolved, and will we ever see Phill again?

Young Hope (Isabella Flanagan) notices multiple messages from a person going by the name of “Mad Dog” on her tablet in the meantime. Sam Blakeman (Jude Riordan), with whom she had a conversation about the unknown person, believes the stranger has feelings for Hope. What does Mad Dog want? Who is he?
