5 Emmerdale spoilers: Mack’s betrayal fallout continues and Caleb targets Moira
The extent of Mackenzie Boyd’s (Lawrence Robb) adultery is now known to Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins), those around him, and Chloe Harris (Jessie Elland), the mother of his son.
Meanwhile, Wendy Posner (Susan Cookson) fabricates events in order to spend more time with Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson), and cunning Caleb Milligan (William Ash) plans to manipulate sister-in-law Moira Dingle (Natalie J. Robb).
Jimmy King (Nick Miles) is outraged by his nephew Tom King (James Chase), and Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) is still pining for Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt).

1. Mack and Chloe face their shame over fling
When his sister Moira uncovers the truth about his months of deception, Mack feels ashamed, but her comments later inspire him to make amends with Charity. At this point, is Mack wishing too much?
Amy Wyatt (Natalie Ann Jamieson) visits the hospital to spend time with her infant nephew Reuben, and Chloe, who is feeling awful about herself, admits that Mack is the baby’s father. Amy is in disbelief at what Chloe has done. Will Mack be able to persuade Charity, and how will Chloe proceed?
2. Caleb plots to take over Moira’s farm
Kim Tate (Claire King) is totally on board with Caleb’s plan to persuade Moira to sell them Butlers Farm and has no idea that he’s attempting to ruin her. Caleb’s son Nicky (Lewis Cope), under pressure from numerous failed efforts to enter Kim’s password that nearly locked her laptop, tells Caleb they need to find another way in as he continues to play the interested observer in the face of Moira’s financial difficulty.
At Butlers, Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) meets Moira in the field. Cain is taken aback when Moira, overcome with emotion, admits that she can’t run the farm.
When Caleb eventually shows there after being invited by Moira, Cain is on guard because he has been watching from a distance.
Caleb offers Moira a potential escape route, but she is unimpressed with his suggestion that she sell the property to Kim in exchange for the stud farm. Finally, Moira swallows her ego and requests that Kim make her an offer.
But Moira is unaware that she has become a tool in Caleb’s plot against Kim as we witness him meeting in secret with a source named Adrian, who gives him USB drives so he can put malware on Kim’s laptop and obtain her credentials. What happens next in Caleb’s plan?
3. Wendy lies to spend time with Liam
When Wendy learns that doctor Liam is a published author who writes under the pen name Anna Le Monde, the two of them get close. As Wendy assists Liam with the conclusion of his short narrative, they both enjoy each other’s company.
But Liam is rather surprised when she tells a fib to her partner Bob Hope (Tony Audenshaw) in order to join him at a murder mystery convention. Does Wendy want more from Liam than just a friend? What about Bob, who is poor and unaware?
4. Mandy continues to pine for Paddy
It’s obvious that Mandy is deeply in love with Paddy despite her efforts to maintain a platonic connection with him as he battles his mental health issues.
As Paddy visits Mandy in her salon, their chemistry and Mandy’s feelings are stronger and more clear to people around them.
Mandy has created an online dating profile, but she only has Paddy on her mind. Could Paddy share those sentiments, opening the door to a future romantic reunion?
5. Jimmy is upset by a setback with Tom
Even though Jimmy promised his nephew Tom he wouldn’t talk about his late brother Carl (Tom Lister), the situation is complicated by the fact that Jimmy’s own son has the same name. Jimmy, however, is devastated when Tom abandons Jimmy and leaves the scrapyard due to an unintentional reference of Carl Senior. Can the two reconcile their differences on the past?
